Honestly for the price this is a great device that does everything but you get what you pay for so price is the reason for my 5 star rating. But the most important thing about any product is the service you get afterwards. Warman was very quick to resolve some small issues I had. Your associate Chloe, who I worked with, was very polite, quick and took care of my issues. I was very surprised at how well the communication went. So what I want to say is that if you have any doubts about this device, buy with confidence because if you have any problems, you will have excellent support to help you.
