Good for what it is, dubious double noise

So actually I bought this radio 2 years ago when it cost $80 to install on my 2004 Ford Escape. I bought it along with the mounting kit and all the shabang but it didn't fit at all. I attributed it to the fact that Ford just didn't have room for a two-DIN radio. Instead of returning it, I put it off for a long time, contemplating whether to just resell it or wait. In fact, my daughter bought a used car (a 2006 Kia Sportage) with a broken radio and I decided to install this for her. By looking at the schematic I was able to easily figure out the wires. The worst was when I tried to install it. The radio in her car used to be a two din radio, so it should have worked fine. It's actually slightly larger than a double dyne, so the bezel of the kit didn't fit and I had to cut the bezel just to screw it to the side of the kit. looks nice. Also very loud with adjustable settings depending on the type of music being played to amplify the noise. Bluetooth works great, navigation requires a hotspot but that's to be expected. Fast system, there were no delays. Touch sensitive, so doesn't require strong pressure. Shows your speed in km/h, not miles/h, and cannot be changed. I could not). You must be in Bluetooth on the Music tab to switch songs. The radio sometimes plays over bluetooth audio and you have to go in and turn it off. would it cost more than $100? No, but I bought it when it was $80 and it was a pretty reasonable price. Maybe they improved the system from 2018, if so then maybe.
