I have purchased an open tin from Revain in good to excellent condition. The box arrived and it was beautiful. It was to be used in my dog biscuit espresso bar. I washed it with soapy water and then attached the drawing to the side. Later, when my husband got home, he mentioned that the lid was a bit loose. That's when I noticed that the silicone part around the inner lid was missing. It was too late to come back or I would have had to remove my graphics from the outside of the tin. I contacted the company for a replacement. I thought it would be easy for them to send me a ring that costs maybe 5 cents to make. They asked for my order number etc and I sent them screenshots of the product as well as the order number. They said there was nothing they could do because I didn't buy directly from their store. I like the product. It's beautiful and I get lots of compliments, but without a ring it doesn't work for human food. I'd be happy to pay a small postage fee to keep the bank going while it's serviced. But honestly, with that kind of customer service, I don't think I would ever recommend them to anyone else.
