Not suitable for girls gray hair lol

I'm researching how to sleep better with my curly hair other than braiding it at night. I thought hair caps sounded perfect but my straight white girly hair isn't great lol. I've tried various methods for a week but have never been able to sleep through the night without it slipping off.
