I like how easy guidespinning/annotation of documents can be compared against other users' annotations or even just their own previous annotation. If someone had left me documentation out in prior years when they were gone - it would have been very helpful for my current situation at work! It's not intuitively clear what you're supposed to do once inside an item as opposed than having your "home" button take ya anywhere. This makes sense from time-to-time depending upon context but there isn't consistency nor are any real instructions until after one tries several things before realizing its best explained elsewhere. Sometimes this happens while editing content; sometimes during research (which seems redundant since we should know where our source information came up). I like the easy access it gives me for all of my clients. It also allows me to have all of their information in one place. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when you are trying to get something done, it can be hard to find what you need. This software has helped our team stay organized, and we are able to communicate effectively.
