LOVE OUR BIKES! DRIVING PLEASURE! The research was conducted for over a year. I also looked on ebay. We chose Zizzo Forte. We bought two, one for me and one for my husband. We chose Coral for its visibility and uniqueness. Photos do not convey color. So much better, brighter and richer. We first bought them for camping with our RV because they are compact and easy to transport. We now like to ride them on the many cycle paths at home and also take them with us on trips. WIN WIN They arrived in perfect condition within a few days. As with previous reviews, the packing material took longer to remove than the ancestor. What we both appreciated was how well they were packaged. The website (ZIZZO) has a great link to help anyone with questions and answers. I found it after contacting customer service several times with questions. Go to the website, click on "Support", then scroll down to "Self Help", find the desired category with detailed information and instructions. Incredible information. My emails were answered quickly. I even called once and got through to Tony right away. I can't say enough about customer service. This is the BEST thing I've ever come across in this day and age. So it's been a long time. Great bike - great company! Very glad we chose these Zizzo bikes.
