VMAI electric wiper stopped working after a few months!

It only worked for a couple of months before it accidentally stopped working. Tried changing batteries, won't charge or turn on. I emailed and called the support team but got no response. I've seen several others have this problem. Has anyone been able to contact anyone or resolve/replace this?
