Use the 80/20% rule as a guide for sizing your power supply.

Jovno Power Adapter 180W 120VAC to 12VDC works as advertised. It has an internal fan that is very quiet. I use it to power a 90W 12V DC fan and the PSU runs cool. There are no problems with the cigarette lighter socket. Use the 80/20% rule when choosing a power source. This should apply to most situations. I like to use the 50/50% rule to make sure I'm not overloading the PSU.
