I love the combination of the red check pattern and the black and white inside! And it looks just like the product photos, showing it hanging straight from the front. But putting it on your shoulders was useless exercise - it just wouldn't stay in place. It's amazingly soft, but that also means there's no friction to keep it in place when I'm wearing it like a model on a leather jacket (I mean I've literally tried a leather jacket) -- - as soon as I move (or breathe) the end of the scarf falls off my shoulder. My other issue is that the one I received arrived with at least 5 stretches (mostly on the black and white side) as well as some weaving errors. (I was able to use a tiny crochet hook to pull out the extra loops of yarn between layers and hide them from view.) This is a fairly loose weave, so earrings and rings are a threat. Also, the fringe edges are not sewn, and after the first use it looks like the last row of yarn bordering the fringe (sorry, I don't know weaving terms) is already running down the fringe. For me the pros outweigh the cons as it's cosy, the pattern combination is cute and it works as a super wide scarf that just wraps around your neck or as a scarf that hangs loosely across your chest.
