So far so good. Had internet connection problems with another brand I bought and had to send it back. This one connected instantly, easily, naturally. I try lumpy crystals because the clay smells so bad. We'll see how it goes. It is very quiet, in contrast to my very noisy garbage robot. I love that I can customize each cat in the app, I have 4 of them, have only tried 2 so far. And if I want more time for clumps to form, I can change the cleaning wait time after the cat is gone. It looks like it will be easy to clean but it was just received so haven't had to try it yet. If you're looking for an automatic toilet, I don't think you can go wrong with this one.
