Review on Lucky Ocean Refillable Salt Grinders Party Pack (2PCS) by Onsommoshit Mathews

They look like they will last a long time which is good, my stainless steel and glass broke, not the glass!

I have been using a manual salt grinder with an adjustable grinding degree for about two years. The problem was a partial collapse of the plastic mechanism that connects glass and metal. It was a twist when I grind salt with the twist of my wrist to spice up food or cooking. The plastic itself just spat out and everything fell apart. I have a good pepper grinder, automatic and rechargeable, but I haven't used combo pepper bottles with built-in hand grinders in a long time. This pair is a great replacement for both of these handheld devices. Attractive, you can leave it on the table and grind it well to the grit you want. Great for popcorn or just coarse pickling. I like to adjust the amount of salt I can make to make more for my baked potatoes. It may not be common knowledge, but potatoes aren't the world's worst diet food. It's sour cream, butter (maybe not scallions), cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and other things you throw in. I have a delicious potato recipe that doesn't need any of that. You simply take a potato with its skin on, scrub it well with a brush under cold water, dry it and pierce the sides several times with a fork. You can then brush lightly with olive oil to help it stick, grind in some coarse (not too coarse) salt of your favorite variety and wrap in aluminum foil to seal. Bake at 275 F for 2 houses in any type of oven and let cool. Once chilled, refrigerate for 6 hours or more, then unwrap and reheat in the microwave or oven. Two things happen: First, the potato starch changes, it is not metabolized efficiently like carbohydrates, so the glycemic index and calories go down. Second, the seam in the foil tends to dissolve the salt and soak into the potatoes. Delicious without oil or other spices. Perfect tasty diet food, hearty but not greasy. The pepper grinder works well too, I make a nice omelette this morning, adding salt and pepper before cooking and then back on top after stacking it in the pan. Nice combo, well done if you have arthritic hands, rechargeable buttons are probably better but this is great for those of us who can still use our hands for cooking. highlighted.
