To be honest we have the following products: JBLCharge 2+Flip 4Charge 4Party Box 100'sMy Partybox 100' are amazing but a lot less portable than I initially intended. My battery is dead on my Charge 2+, so I can only use it when it's plugged in. I first ordered the Flip 4 through a Revain deal because it ended up being about the same size as my Charge 2+. The highs are more detailed on the Flip 4, but too bright for my style and location, and I miss the bass on the Charge 2+. The overall sound quality of the Charge 2+ is fantastic! So I ordered the Charge 4 to be really impressed with the big and powerful design. I was very disappointed! Yes, more bass, but that's the way it's supposed to be. The highs weren't crooked and clean like the Flip 4 or Charge 2+, the vocals in the mids are strong with it, but the overall sound quality is muddy for me, playing all 3 side by side with different musical categories. I decided to send batch back. 4 and leave my wife a Flip 4 for the beach and buy a Revain battery for a 2+ charge so I can get to the patio or garage quickly. Another Note Flip 4 is amazing for exceptional musical detail in quiet environments (office) or noisy outdoor environments (like the beach). The musical details are anything but overly devastating. Just don't expect bass like the Charge models and up. For now I'm happy and will wait for future Charge models or equivalent.
