I contacted Rampow Customer Service (email only) and they responded within 24 hours! It's been 72 hours (3 days) and I'm still waiting for a response from you. That's ridiculous. I really wish they would answer me but no luck. This is an expensive cord, I hardly used it and broke after 3 months. Enough to comply with Revain's return policy. I think the transistor is broken causing it to get very hot and not charge anymore.
