The cat loves it! suitable for scratching posts
My cat took to it straight away. However, it would be nice if the base was either larger or had a heavier base. It keeps falling on him while he scratches. I have to put a corner if it's under furniture to keep it upright. My cat doesn't like scratching the rope so I didn't find many options with carpet. For now this will work but would love to see improvements. Changed every few months due to severe scratches. (Better than my couch!)
