I used this as a subwoofer for a 2.1 setup in my new home and absolutely love it. I hooked it up to two Polk OWM5 networks and a Klipsch power amp. I've had several subwoofers in my time and this was the lowest price and by far the best sound I've had. The bass is deep and incredibly clear. I'm in a large open space as you can see in the photo and this thing delivers tight, punchy bass. I'm not impressed. I can't imagine you can find anything better for this price. Even my wife, who is not an audiophile and honestly hated the idea of putting a bulky speaker on the floor in her beautiful home, said "this is amazing" when she first heard it.
