Great mailers for affordable price, but size is not as advertised

I use these mailers so send handmade jewelry, and these mailers are the perfect size for me, since my jewelry is very small. However, it is important to note that the mailers are not as large as advertised, as many other reviewers have pointed out. I've attached images with measurements, and as you can see, the outside length isn't quite 8 inches. The mailers themselves are very nice quality, and I have not had any issues with them. They used to be great

I’ve been using these for months and they were perfect. Would recommend to everyone. My latest batch were not so great. The seal isn’t as strong, they feel thinner and they removed some of the "bubbles”. Unfortunately I didn’t see this until it came time to use them, so I’m stuck this time. I hope they see this and revert back.

Smaller than advertised

I just got them and noticed right away they seem small. I had been using 6 x 9 inch mailers but I typically dont need packages that big- the length is mostly what I cared about- so I figured the 4 x 8 should've worked but it was too small. I measured it. not sure how you're supposed to measure these things because if I include the folding flap (which doesnt make sense to me so I didnt in my photo) but for argument sake, if you include it in the measurement, it is over 8". so that must not be…

True to size color is right

I got the hot pink and I LOVE the color! I haven’t been able to ship with them just yet but they are true to size and fit my products (lashes and body scrubs.) I can fit two lashes and one scrub in these I definitely will need a size up for larger orders but for the common 2-3 items orders fit (it’s snug) but it will close 👏🏽 Packaging does have bubble wrapping inside as described and seems like it is durable but I won’t be for sure until I send off orders this Friday. Very Little Adhesive

I purchased these along with 2x3 baggies for the purpose of mailing out samples of a product I sell. The first thing I noticed the inside is smaller and doesn't hold but 4 of my samples in the 2x3 baggies. And that's squeezing the samples into the PKG. But, that's on me. When I went to seal the envelope, there was little adhesive to keep it closed. And, in addition, the seal didn't go from end to end. It stopped about an inch on each side making the inserts susseptable to outdoor elements…

Very happy with purchase, will buy again

Please note, I purchased the 6x10-Purple, and 4x8-Pink from the same company. I have also included in the pic a PaperMate Inkjoy Pen and Sharpie S-Gel Pen for sizing. Keep in mind the height is including the adhesive flap. But the two sizes work perfect for what I need, and will be buying more color and sizing options.
