I initially thought there was a problem with the charger, but after reinstalling the drivers I found that my laptop's battery figures just hadn't been updated in the last few years were months. because it was always on and connected to the network. When I first contacted customer service before finding the problem, they offered a replacement or a full refund. The quality of customer service deserves five stars, although some reviews show a slight quality control issue. If you receive a defective item, they are happy to take care of it!
