I like that it's easy to use for many companies with different sizes of fleets (small/medium fleet-based or large vehicle management).
It is very intuitive! The customer support team was also extremely helpful when we had issues during our implementation phase at one point in time - they were always available via chat even late into night hours which made solving any problems really quick & hassle free because you know there are people around who can help out if needed right away instead having them wait until business gets slow later next day etc.. There isn't much but what looks good about this software so far however more features should be added soon such has GPS tracking option amongst others things since those could benefit larger customers too. We're using betterFleet mainly just looking up information regarding vehicles already onboarded within other systems i think mostly maintenance reports from OBD II data logs stored by dealerships where drivers fill.
