Someone said "It doesn't work for 2016 F150 with SYNC 3 built in". I'm not sure what your problem is. but it worked flawlessly in my 2016 F150 XLT with SYNC 3. I used Car Play with USB port. When I connected this device, it quickly found my phone, connected, and now automatically goes to Car Play every time I turn on the truck. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 is that there is a slight lag after pressing the onscreen buttons. This is not the case when using wired Car Play. EDIT - Downgrading my rating to 3 stars. It works as described in my review above, but after further use I'm unhappy with the delay between screen touches and actions. There is no lag when using a wired connection so I am returning this product and sticking with the cable. For example, if I click to skip forward 30 seconds in a podcast, I want it to skip immediately, not delay 1 or 2 seconds and then skip.
