Works like a dream and came just in time to save Thanksgiving! Our oven's baking element caught fire and melted in several places, the repair shop charged $300 to replace the element and said they would do it the day after Thanksgiving. After paying a technician $60 to visit, I bought it and installed it myself after watching a tutorial video online. That works great.
