I have had the ARS spring seat for 3 years now. It was very convenient. The only problem is that it's too wide for me. When it broke this year I was looking for a new seat with the same comfort but a slimmer fit. Since there was no alternative sizing for the ARS spring, I tried the Lift 175 model. I'm disappointed because it's very uncomfortable for me and I can't ride long distances with it. It would be perfect if Planet Bike had an ARS Spring model around 160-175 wide. I was thinking of trying the ARS Standard bike seat as it is very similar to the ARS Spring but doesn't have as many cushions as the ARS Spring so I don't think it will be any more comfortable than the Lift 175 saddle. Choosing the right saddle is a real headache :)))
