This is disappointing. We received a 2-in-1 but found that the left side of the device didn't connect to the joystick. This means that while we can insert a simple joystick (the one that comes with the Switch) into the right side of the device and get it working properly, the controller inserted into the left side of the device will not trigger or work. not acknowledged. It doesn't turn on. The only handheld device designed for games like the racing game Mario Kart 8 works great with the basic joystick. Please note that third party joysticks that are thicker than the base joycon will not work with this device.
