It's easy to use. The interface is simple and intuitive. You can build courses with many pages and sections in a short amount of time. There are many add-ons available so you can do just about anything you need with your courses. For example, you have options for pre-built themes, quizzes, etc. Some of the modules, such as the quiz builder, seem too basic compared to competitors like Canvas or Adobe Bridge. I also dislike that it is not integrated with Google Apps (docs, sheets, etc.) and would prefer instead to connect to a third party tool. If you're looking for an inexpensive, easy way to create online courses, then thinkific is great. We use it for creating our employee training programs. Employees can access them through any device.
