Length needs to be measured. Purchased by US Latitude and Longitude; However, the belt is too small. My scalp hasn't shown any weight gain since my last measurement, so the strap length shouldn't change anyway. Since I've actually lost weight, the belt should have given me room to grow, not 4 inches less. I will try it on and find the right size.
