Parchment paper is a must-have for us in the kitchen, it makes cooking, baking, and cleaning so much easier! And you can reuse them over and over again as long as there is no messy food residue! ( I just learned this after using it for a long time, no need to waste!)I like to use parchment paper rolls that give me more flexibility, the packaging and the built-in strip of this roll are very sturdy and make it very easy to tear off the sheet neatly!As for the size, this roll is 15" wide and the length is up to your needs, it will be larger than the sheet pan, I've been making meatballs and chickens ( 470 F ), bread, cookies, and cakes, so far nothing sticks to it and everything came out nice and clean.I sincerely hope that you would find my review helpful.
