Fits in the box: Material Handling

This leveler is a lot smaller than I thought it would be but it definitely works and fits well in a toolbox and doesn't fly around the shop and possibly go away . The attached image shows an equalizer supporting the entire powertrain of a Jeep Wrangler (Pentastar 3.6L V6, all aluminum). I would estimate the engine at 400-500 pounds, around 250 for the gearbox and 75 for the T-hull. Under full load the handle worked fine until the chain reached such an angle that the handle rested on it. By removing the zip from the handle, I was able to rotate the stock for most of its length by hand and then with a 21mm wrench. I only used one of the chains that came with it, but it held up really well and the end brace didn't deform, even at an acute angle. Very impressed with the performance of this little tool. For those curious, Wrangler JK and JKU frames tend to form diamonds when hitting either end of the guide frame. They just don't give up, so they get replaced more often than you think. Many online repair shops just don't understand this and instead try to fix them. I replaced three that were "refurbished" at other stores. If you buy a used one and notice significant transmission vibration, check to make sure the case bolts are vertical. If the screws are angled on one side (forward or backward) this frame is complete.
