I bought this particular holder for two reasons. Height adjustment on both sides. Unlike goosenecks, which lose strength over time, or single-sided straight bars, it doesn't interfere with shifting. Most importantly, the adjustable feet do NOT allow me to block the speaker or microphone port on the bottom of my phone. This greatly affects the sound quality. My speakers often play music for the child, the only thing that calms them down on long journeys. As a result, sometimes I cannot receive calls via Bluetooth. So far there have been no problems and it is resilient to bumps in the road. I would buy another one if needed.
