Order a size up I’m usually a small! It’s thick material and holds body together.

I used this to wear under my clothes because I wear crop tops but I do not want to show my stomach, I ordered a medium and it fit me very well, I’m 5’6 and about 155 pounds and it was great it has adjustable straps. It fits tight as expected but it’s kind of uncomfortable not really but it’s bearable! Loved it!
