Non-refundable - your lamp may be defective!

NO REFUND - had I read the reviews I would have waited for Home Depot to stock them - cause the problem was with my light, not the light - paid almost $20 and got a new one can a light with a bulb is $10 more expensive. Unfortunately I can't rate the light as I don't even know if it works. And I'm not going to buy any lights that have expensive bulbs that need to be replaced. I thought that everything is exchangeable, now I will check too.
