Review on 🏠 SAMSUNG SmartThings GP-U999SJVLEAA Remote Button, White: Simplify Home Automation with Enhanced Wireless Control by Devon Leach

I have multiple SmartThings buttons and one of them seems to be "unavailable" after a day until I physically remove and reinsert the battery. To compound the problem, the buttons are glued to the wall with a strong adhesive. The last time I had to reset one of the devices, I ripped a bunch of paint off the wall. And then because the glue was covered in paint and didn't work, I had to find a new glue. These things are great when they work, but my faith in them has been eroded. Also, my hub and buttons are running the latest firmware available at the time of writing this review. EDIT: Update. After a firmware update a few months ago, the lights now turn on and off randomly at any time of the day. I've waited more than enough time for Cree to fix the issue. Unfortunately my wife is getting madder at me every day so I replaced all those lightbulbs with another brand. The money I spent on it was wasted. UPDATE: Cree lightbulbs turned out to be killing every other ZigBee device on my network. Previously, all of my SmartThings buttons and sensors were "unavailable" at random intervals. However, this problem went away after I replaced all my Cree lightbulbs. So I've raised my rating from 1 to 4 stars.
