When I saw them I fell in love, they are very cute and stylish unlike others I've looked at. For the price it looked like a good buy. When they arrived they were easy to hook up and didn't take long. The incoming audio is excellent. There are no complaints. Outgoing audio, however, is a different story. I can't answer a call while using them (which defeats the whole purpose). Nobody can hear me at all, I've tried everything. I have to turn them off to talk to people. I really wanted to love her totally, but I can't. Now I will send them back for a refund.
