Easy and User-Friendly Time Reporting System
The best thing about this system, besides being able to track employee's time off with ease, was also having access to all of their information in one place! I wish there were some better features for viewing reports or creating new ones as well. It would be nice if it could create graphs/reports without needing an expert user like me (or someone who knows what they are doing) but overall we have been very happy so far. We use this system mainly because our employees love how easy everything has become since switching over from paper timesheets.
Pros
- Everything is online which makes logging attendance EASY
- Reports can easily see when people take vacation days etc.
- Very friendly customer service team that helped us get set up initially upon request
- Easy scheduling / changing work schedules once you know your schedule :)
Cons
- Not intuitive enough; sometimes hard trying figure out where certain fields go :)
