Review on ☕ ANBANGLIN Dark Blue Coffee Mug Warmer: Auto Shut Off, for Coffee Milk Tea & Candle Wax by Terry Gernes

I've only had this heating pad for a few days so can't comment on its durability but overall it's great and I'm planning to buy another one for my wife. The temperature control works, the plate heats up fairly quickly and the auto shut off works. The only catch is that the mug really makes a big difference. Most coffee mugs are designed not to let the heat escape, but that also means you can't let as much heat in. Even ordinary coffee cups don't do this, especially those with a concave bottom. I just found out with a food thermometer that my regular mug (not insulated) can't get over 120 degrees Fahrenheit. However, the solution is simple and very cheap. Just snag a $4 enamel camping mug from Walmart. The bottom is flat, the walls are thin (more heat gets through) and fits perfectly with this heating pad. You CANNOT microwave stainless steel mugs, but why would you even microwave them if you're going to keep them warm? With a basic camping mug, the coffee stays stable at around 130-135 degrees Fahrenheit, which is still not the advertised 149, but it stays steamy and is the perfect temperature for me.
