Perhaps some of the reviewers did what I did and turned the case on its head. I thought, wow, that doesn't fit! Then I looked again and found that the dial hole was facing down - oh! So after changing the position of the Spigen case, I had a better idea of how it would work. Yes the buttons are harder to press but either I get used to it or the body flexes more in the last week of use. I could also complain about the bezel being difficult to reach, but after sparing myself a few scratches on door frames and other items that scratched dials, cases, and bezels on previous smartwatches, I became more tolerant. Also, I've always been more of a screen-swipe user than a bezel-turner. However, one thing this case offers that others don't is a slot or cut-out on the left side to allow access to the top of the bezel and that's enough for me, although others may be disappointed that the whole Front and especially the recesses from the outside are inaccessible. I bought a set of metal TPU cases for the Galaxy Watch from another manufacturer. They were thin and offered little protection. Spigen's Galaxy watch case matches the quality of their phone cases. It's thicker and the rib on top definitely protects both the bezel and the glass screen. This case remains as an additional protection for my investment.
