Highly recommended. I was skeptical about buying from other brands but decided to give it a try as they are a lot cheaper than curlers. I have quite thick hair so I bought two packs which I am very pleased about. I used all but 3, although I made some sections too thick and I was able to use them all with no problem. The first deployment was something of a learning curve. It took me a long time to put them all on. Each section requires careful combing, and you need to be sure to only take what fits on the hook. If you spill something while pulling, you risk damaging your hair. If you don't detangle and fix it, the resulting curl will end up in a tangle. Orange - clockwise, pink - counterclockwise. They gave my hair a lot of volume, which I'm not too keen on. However, the curls were nice and polished, so I can ignore that. Despite the many opportunities for user error, this is a really great product. The hook is strong and won't break during use, the curlers stay in place until you remove them, and the resulting curls are clear, even, and hold very well. I slept in mine all night and it was fine, but it's not particularly comfortable for sleeping.
