I ordered this product because of other satisfied customers and after receiving the cartridges my printer must have been upgraded. The cartridges didn't fit and I contacted the company. Vianna contacted and offered to refund the product or replace it with new chips. I decided to give the company and their product a try on the new chips and I'm very glad I did. New cartridges arrived and after replacing the old chips with new ones, my printer started working again. The color of the prints is beautiful and I will order again in the future.
