The wire in this item is not suitable for hanging at all. It's a thick stainless steel wire that doesn't bend. It's mostly useless for hanging things, as you usually have to take the ends of the wire, bend them around the hook, and twist around the remaining piece of wire to hang the item. You can't do that with this product! I can't imagine why anyone would choose this wire for a hanging kit. That's absurd.
