I like how easy it was for me as an advertiser or marketeer who does not know much about programming languages etc.,to use this software! Not only did we get great reporting but also very good customer service which made things easier at times when needed more assistance than just what you can find within your own knowledge base (which could be extensive).
It would help if there were tutorials available so people don't need someone else's experience level before learning something new - otherwise i think some users might struggle getting used to using certain features/functions without knowing them first hand by reading up via youtube videos / other forums such as stack overflow? Also maybe add support options where user are able give feedback regarding problems found during usage eg:- crashes, bugs ect..
