A few years ago my Panasonic Lumix got dropped resulting in a scratched LCD the very first time I took it out. Since then I always install a protective overlay as soon as I buy a camera.This is a sacrificial glass protective overlay which installs easily and works perfectly to protect the camera's viewing screen from scuffs and scratches.
