Chunky and noticeable and painful to a sensitive nose

Chunky and very noticeable. Not to mention that they are so poorly made that plastic hangs from the top edges. The mount/tabs and ends are not rounded, making them sharp (leading me to believe they came from the mold they were made from and not post-sharpened) and painful to insert. Imagine a flat needle being inserted into your nose. It's like getting your nose pierced again, this time stepping up the paper cutting process. I bought this hoping I would get what is pictured (flat on the surface of the nose and not sharp) but instead I got a cheap product that just hurts and is very noticeable.
