NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO WARRANTY!
Used to be good but no longer UPDATE: May 2020. Not used in winter, tried to turn on while gardening at the end of February, NOTHING! I checked and there is no current, I assumed this was a current source and checked with an ammeter that there was no current. Tried twice to contact Douk via email both through Revain and direct with no response. Should have this amazing guarantee but they don't answer. When it worked everything was fine and no CUSTOMER SERVICE - now upgraded from 5 stars to 1.
