The best universal class voltage testers
Originally the seller sent the wrong device, voltmeter, I sent it back and received the correct voltmeter. I installed it and connected it to a balanced isolation transformer to control the output load. The voltage reading seems correct. I don't have the ability to independently verify the current readings. The manufacturer claims that the device runs on both 50 and 60 Hz AC power. I suspect a little that this could be true for both frequencies. However, I wasn't expecting a lab quality meter and am happy with its performance. It was the ideal size for a 1U NEMA rack panel.
