but i like this shower head

I'm not sure about all the negative reviews on here. I might get some backlash for this, but I love this shower head! We have a single walk in shower in the main bathroom and every other shower head we tried just didn't fit. They either sprayed too high (up over the back wall) or too low (sprayed on their toes) because everyone was barely moving up and down. setting) that allow us to tilt it right under the shower enclosure. Although the inner hinges are actually plastic, they didn't feel flimsy or flimsy at all when installed. I've seen another user complain about tightening the extended arm onto their existing shower arm, but I've had no such issues. I started by installing the supplied gasket, finger tightened the fitting, then turned an additional 1/2 turn with a wrench. This joint does not rotate or move at all. The other two joints people complain about are called Hirth joints. Each side of the joint has "teeth" that engage when the wing nut is tightened, providing a secure, no-slip connection. If these teeth are not properly aligned before tightening (the teeth are not in the correct locking position) they will cause the connection to loosen. Don't let that discourage you, just wiggle the joint back and forth slightly while tightening and it will lock into place (you can feel it). Here's a picture to better understand the joint teeth: [.] My only complaint is that the shower head (bell) itself looks a little ridiculous for being so big; However, this is personal preference only and does not affect the performance of the shower head in any way.
