How do you rate something your child just doesn't like? I see no problems with these pacifiers. My daughter LOVES the MAM brand. She has tried several pacifiers, but the MAM models for 0-6 months are her favourite. I bought these as they are for older babies now that my baby is 6 months old. She just doesn't dig them. I thought it was unfair to give them a bad review because of their opinion. I think she just got stuck on the old ones. The part that fits in the mouth is larger and that could be their problem. They are very sweet. I'll keep her and see if she changes her mind in time. For reference, we tried this about 8 times. She only wants small ones.
