The platform is very easy to use for outbound sales people. I also love that it lets you set up custom campaigns in advance so you're not spending time trying to figure them all out once they are launched! There's nothing really i dislike about this system at this point. It may be helpful if one had limited experience using an SMS program (e.g., text messaging). However, having used other platforms like TextNow, we were able to switch over relatively easily. We've been receiving more quality leads than before because of this feature alone. Outbound texting has become a powerful tool for us!
