I love these shorts! I found them in a discount store YEARS ago and have been looking for them every season since! They dry relatively quickly - the stretchy material eliminates skin irritation after a full day in a swimsuit - quick and easy to slip on and off for a quick swim or when you prefer! Stretchy material makes them comfortable but keeps their shape. The color stays, and while you can technically say they're not new, they still look great with no rips, seams, or "running" (much like comparable spandex products when rubbing against rough materials!) . Always look for new patterns or colors. and never be disappointed with relatively stable prices when comparing elsewhere! For reference, I'm fine. Sizes 6-8 in various trousers/shorts and medium in Endless Summer 2" shorts have also remained the same through the years! Details; they cover exactly what they were designed for and the extra elastic waistband - similar to the maternity styles - lets even us non-maternity girls appreciate the stretch!)
