The pack I received contained 2 individually wrapped plastic sock type bags. Simple to use. You unfold the bags and place your feet in for about 20-30 minutes. I soaked my feet first and dried completely before putting the socks on. Since my feet were warm, the sensation was cooling when sliding them on. You can feel that there is like a gel inside to moisturize the feet. The bags are a bit big, but included stickers so you could fold them over and make them stay on better. After 30 minutes, I removed the socks (bags) and my there was gel coating them so I rubbed that in. My feet felt moisturized and soft after using. These are great stocking stuffers or use for a spa treatment.
