Looks good overall and works well so far. I was unimpressed by the long spurts of self-praising copywriting that Klim seems to relish in lieu of concrete information. I accidentally threw away the manual but needed it for a later question about the switches - there are two power switches and I wanted to know exactly what they do. There was no manual anywhere on their website, although there were instructions for most other models. I think they could spend some of the time and energy they put into describing their product rambling on about how cool they are in general and instead use it on something that directly interests the end customer, for Example to actually have an equivalent product manual on their website. Klim's otherwise voluminous and profound autobiography was disconcertingly sparse even in its essential technical details. I wanted to know how much current the USB ports are rated for so I can know what to plug into them. This information was not available anywhere. As it turns out, USB 2.0 was originally rated for 500mA, so I learned something against my will. The fans were surprisingly quiet at full speed. The noise of the fan is very smooth and steady, with no extraneous noise or wheezing. The USB cable could be a bit stronger and longer. It looks and feels very thin. The locking tabs on the front of the lining are too short in my opinion. They could also be a little stronger. My laptop is thick and heavy and seems to want to slide over it, although so far it hasn't. It's no secret that thickness and weight are factors when it comes to gaming laptops, so perhaps Klim should revisit those advantages. Apparently some other reviewers had rammed their laptops right into it. All in all a nice touch and it definitely helps keep my CPU and GPU temperatures down.
