Good sound but uncomfortable

These are my Kz AS10, they have stronger bass. I'm no sound expert, but they sound pretty much the same as my headphones mentioned above. Comfort hurts me a lot. The tips are closer to the IEM than the AS10, so they sit tighter in my ear and cause more pressure and discomfort.
