So far this is a great product. Easy to install and use. It replaces a failed device of a different design and from a different manufacturer.

Excellent customer service

Good product, even better customer service! They sent me a new box without hesitation, nice and friendly people. The box slows things down a bit, but the software is still quite new. I have a feeling that will change in the next updates.

Cable cutter Dream!

I love the look of this box, the Android 10 version is great and easy to navigate. Endless content if you know what you're doing or can research how to do it. Big content in a small package that I highly recommend.

Nice box just not what I need.

I bought this to stream the Spectrum TV app in my bedroom. I was able to install them but when I try to play the channel it says it's not compatible with the device. BUT I can stream my Revain Prime account and this box is much more responsive than my firestick.

Doesn't work or even loads by return policy

I've been using it with mouse and keyboard for 3 weeks and now it won't even load. This is complete nonsense. It uses Android 10 which is for phones only. The remote control is literally incompatible with apps like CinemaHD, Prime Video, etc. You can't scroll movies or select settings. You must use the integrated mouse function without interruption. Useless.

The Android 10 EasyTone box only worked 4 times before completely dying!

I ordered this TV box in mid July and only used it 4 times before it completely died. I had company for a month because of my child with brain cancer and didn't get a chance to watch it again until everyone was gone. So last night I tried to relax and watch it; he was/completely dead! The remote turns on, the box doesn't. There is power in the cable, but the box does not turn on even after a reset. Apparently I've had it a few days too long and I can't get it back so I just lost $40. If you…

Fast box for today's streams.

The first unit had problems. The seller was straightforward and quickly fixed problems with the remote control. The reason for using the remote like any other was to turn other devices on and off by pressing any button on the remote. As for the box, it had a bad program or something. They quickly sent me a new box. It works well. I still haven't figured out how to put the device to sleep if I have disabled sleep mode. Sometimes you need to disable the box to make it restart and respond.

HUGE upgrade for me :)

This box was a huge upgrade for my old android 8 box but didn't upgrade to 9, I had upgrades from 6 something. 4GB of RAM was the most noticeable feature - up from 2GB. The box is very fast! Cons - reason only for 4 stars. They included a third-party app called KDPlayer, which is their version of Kodi (18.1, they say). It was very slow and broke often!
